FL Plast also has a collaboration with Kolding Municipality around Flexjob, where we have an employee to handle the packaging of our products etc.

Flexjob is an offer for citizens with permanent disabilities, where all possibilities for rehabilitation and relocation have been investigated.

FL Plast has entered into a collaboration with the University of Southern Denmark in Kolding, around a study place for students on the bachelor’s program HA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

The purpose of the education is to give the students competencies to create growth processes in small and medium-sized companies.

FL Plast has been awarded the “Green Smiley” by the Danish Working Environment Authority, which shows that we have a good working environment for our employees, according to Danish standards.

“The green smiley shows that the company has nothing outstanding with the Danish Working Environment Authority, and is thus a signal to the outside world that the company has its working environment in order.”

FL Plast has achieved the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s ‘Elite Smiley’, which is awarded after the last four inspection visits and within the last 12 months, without remarks.

“Elite company: no remarks on the last four inspection reports and in the last 12 months.”

FL Plast has been awarded Danak’s “ISO Certificate”, which shows that we are result-focused and set high standards for our own production.
